Job summary

LAH Property Marketing Ltd. is seeking a Front of House Receptionist for a premium commercial building in Birmingham. The role is on-site with a Thursday–Friday schedule, 8am–6pm, and involves welcoming tenants and visitors while maintaining a polished reception area.

You will work independently on site with support from LAH Property Marketing and Building Management. The role requires reliability, professionalism and the ability to manage multiple tasks with initiative.

Qualifications

• Front-of-house / hospitality experience welcome but not essential
• Reliability and punctuality are important
• Ability to communicate professionally with tenants, visitors and partners

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional welcome for tenants, visitors and contractors
• Manage busy periods confidently and courteously
• Support the smooth running of reception including visitors, deliveries and couriers
• Prepare refreshments for guests as required
• Maintain a reception environment that is organised, presentable and professional
