Job summary

edyn Limited seeks a friendly and highly organised Night Receptionist to join our London team at a prominent city-centre property. You will be the face of the Locke brand, ensuring guests are welcomed warmly from arrival through departure, and you’ll manage reservations, queries, and guest needs with a proactive, can-do approach.

You’ll work closely with the Assistant General Manager, supporting the night shift, sharing knowledge about local attractions, and delivering exceptional service to

The role.

Are you a natural host? A people person with next-level organisational skills? Do you get a kick from creating a seamless, welcoming experience?

Reporting to and supportingthe Assistant General Manager, you’ll be a key member of the night reception team and the face of the Locke brand. It’ll be up to you to make our guests feel at home from the minute they arrive, until the minute they leave (if they can bring themselves to do that…).

What it looks like;

• Creating tell-your-mates experiences for guests
• Being a friendly face and go-to person for guests, contractors and visitors
• Inspiring and informing guests on local attractions and goings-on
