Job summary

IBIS London City Shoreditch is seeking a Receptionist to warmly welcome guests, manage front desk duties and ensure a seamless stay. You will be the face of the hotel in the lobby, handling guest requests and coordinating with the team to deliver memorable moments.

Fluency in English and a friendly, service-minded attitude are essential. Opera Cloud experience is a plus; training will be provided. Join a team offering growth across Accor’s international network.

Qualifications

Fluency in English required.
Customer service experience is essential.
Positive problem solving approach appreciated.
Attention to time-keeping and organisation.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Capable of working under pressure with a calm manner.
Front-of-house training provided on safety and property procedures.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and be the face of IBIS London City Shoreditch in the lobby.
Establish a warm, personalized relationship to enhance guest loyalty and satisfaction.
Prioritize guest relations while adhering to administrative procedures.
Create memorable moments and Sparkles for guests throughout their stay.
Anticipate guest needs and direct information requests to the appropriate team.
Support bar and F&B teams when needed to ensure guest comfort.
