Job summary

Clockwise Glasgow is seeking an energetic Receptionist for a fixed-term, full-time role. You will be the first point of contact for members, guests and visitors, ensuring a warm Clockwise welcome and smooth day-to-day operations at Savoy Tower, 77 Renfrew St, Glasgow.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, handling enquiries, managing room bookings and maintaining reception areas to brand standards. The role supports the Community Team and requires a professional, organised approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception or front of house is preferred.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to handle enquiries professionally and discreetly.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors, sign them in, and direct them correctly.
• Manage incoming post and deliveries and keep reception areas tidy.
• Answer calls professionally and take accurate messages.
• Support day-to-day operations and bookings for meeting rooms.
• Promote Clockwise services and maintain GDPR-compliant contact lists.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and brand presentation across reception areas.
