Job summary

The Clermont Hotel Group seeks a friendly Front of House professional for the Thistle Marble Arch location. You’ll front desk guests, manage check-ins and checks-outs, and ensure a memorable stay with a proactive, guest-centred approach.

Experience with Opera is a plus; the role requires a positive, calm demeanor, strong attention to detail, and flexibility to work five days out of seven across early and late shifts. Competitive hourly pay with commissions complements the benefits package.

Qualifications

• Warm, personalized guest service experience.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy, guest-facing environment.
• Willingness to work a five-days-out-of-seven shift.
• Opera PMS knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities
