Job summary

Crerar Hotels is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our customer-focused team at our venues across Scotland and the Lake District. You will be the welcoming face of the hotel, delivering high-quality service and handling guest inquiries.

You’ll greet guests, answer calls, assist with daily banking tasks, and work with our hotel booking and CRM systems, with opportunities to upsell amenities and contribute to memorable stays.
