Job summary

AC Hotel by Marriott Birmingham is hiring a Receptionist. The role pays £12.71 per hour for 40 hours a week across 5 days, with a flexible 7-day rota.

You will greet guests with a warm welcome, provide information about hotel services and local attractions, and act as the face of the hotel across restaurants, bars and meeting spaces. Full training will be provided, and experience in branded hotels is a plus.

Qualifications

• Friendly, passionate and energetic demeanor.
• Experience in branded hotels preferred but not essential.
• Full training will be provided.
• Willingness to work across a 7-day rota and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and set a positive first impression.
• Provide information on hotel services, facilities and local area.
• Be the face of the hotel to guests and visitors across restaurants, bars and meeting spaces.
• Assist guests with queries and make arrangements to enhance their stay.
