Hard Rock Hotel Malta is seeking enthusiastic Front Office Agents to join our Front Office Team. You will deliver warm welcomes, efficient check-in/check-out, and outstanding guest service in a luxury hotel setting.

Ideal candidates have luxury hospitality experience, strong English, and a professional, team-oriented attitude. Training and career development are provided within a dynamic, internationally recognised brand.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel front office or reception is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good computer skills and experience with hotel PMS.
• Able to multitask, work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests warmly and ensure a professional check-in/out experience.
• Handle reservations, enquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services and local attractions.
• Manage room allocations, guest accounts, payments and billing transactions.
• Promote hotel services, room upgrades and upselling opportunities to boost revenue.
• Maintain accurate guest records and update information in the PMS.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, Concierge and other departments.
• Handle telephone calls, emails, and guest correspondence professionally.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized and presented to high standards.
• Follow hotel policies, procedures and brand standards at all times.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
