Hard Rock Hotel Malta is seeking a Reservations Manager to oversee the reservations team, ensuring bookings across rooms, restaurants, and events deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will lead with energy, drive occupancy and revenue, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Front Office to align strategies in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong knowledge of reservations systems, and a guest-first mindset suitable for a premium hotel opening.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in hotel reservations or front office, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of reservations systems and channel management tools (Opera or similar).
• Commercially savvy with a strong understanding of revenue management principles.

Responsabilités

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the reservations team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all bookings.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue while delivering top-class service.
• Monitor booking channels (direct, OTA, GDS) and optimise distribution for performance.
• Train, motivate and supervise the reservations team to maintain high service standards.
• Analyse reservations data, forecast demand and provide reports to management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Front Office teams to align strategies and guest experience.
• Handle VIP bookings, special requests and complex group reservations with care and precision.

Your Mission

As our Reservations Manager, you’ll oversee the reservations department, ensuring a seamless booking journey for our guests across rooms, suites, restaurants and events. You’ll lead the team with efficiency and energy, turning inquiries into unforgettable stays and experiences.

What We’re Looking For
