You will provide local recommendations, coordinate with other departments, and uphold our 5-star standards while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hospitality/front desk role is advantageous.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Friendly, guest-focused communication is essential.
