Benugo in the United Kingdom is seeking a friendly team member to help deliver excellent customer service in our store. You will work across front of house, tills, and general duties, ensuring smooth service.

You will handle food safety, stock checks, and assist with deliveries while maintaining a clean, welcoming space. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential.

Full time or part time roles available with a competitive hourly rate and shift flexibility.

Qualifications

• Customer service focused with a can-do approach.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Capable of working under pressure and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Ensuring the customer experience is maintained to the highest standard at all times.
• Assisting with any kitchen, front of house and back of house cleaning duties.
• To organise deliveries, and ensuring the fridges are stocked, using a first in, first out process.
• Assisting with clearing tables and maintaining a clean working environment.
• To ensure all labels and prices are correct.
• Maintain awareness of promotions, pricing and product information.
• To be flexible to work on tills, following the cash handling procedures, taking orders and working on the floor, serving food and drinks.
• Follow food safety, allergen and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet service targets and maintain smooth operations.
• To attend all training and development course as requested.
• To always represent WSH and John Lewis in a professional manner in your behaviour appearance and knowledge.
• To carry out any other reasonable duties as required by management.
