Job summary

Benugo in Oxford is seeking a proactive team member to uphold service standards across food and beverage operations. You will assist with kitchen and front-of-house tasks, manage deliveries, stock fridges using FIFO, and support cash handling at the till.

Play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness, following health and safety procedures, and delivering a welcoming customer experience. Training, discounts, and career development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willingness to perform cleaning and stocked duties.
• Flexible to work on tills and handle orders.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a high standard of customer experience at all times.
• Assisting with kitchen, front of house and back of house cleaning duties.
• Organising deliveries and stocking fridges using FIFO.
• Clearing tables and maintaining a clean working environment.
• Ensuring labels and prices are correct.
• Maintaining awareness of promotions, pricing and product information.
• Working on tills, following cash handling procedures, taking orders and serving on the floor.
• Following food safety, allergen and hygiene procedures.
• Collaborating with colleagues to meet service targets.
• Attending training and development courses.
• Representing WSH and John Lewis professionally.
• Carrying out any other duties as required by management.
