Job summary

Co-op Group is seeking a Customer Team Member in Aberdeen to deliver friendly, helpful service in-store. You will work with a team across shifts, assisting with post office or bakery duties, order packing for home delivery, and general store operations.

This role includes full, paid training and some overtime opportunities. Your day will involve stocking shelves, helping customers, and promoting Co-op membership while supporting community initiatives.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer service.
• Ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts and as part of a team.
• Interest in retail and working in a busy store environment (experience not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, thoughtful service and assist with issues as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Work on shop floor and tills and support daily operations for a great shopping experience.
• Maintain stock, check prices and stock accuracy.
• Ensure store safety and compliance with pricing and temperatures.
• Promote Co-op Membership and engage with the community.
