Co-op Group is seeking Customer Team Members to join our local Co-op store. You will help deliver friendly, helpful service, keep shelves stocked, and support daily operations across departments such as post office, bakery or online order packing.

Full, paid training provided. Roles are part-time with varied shifts including early mornings and some weekends. You must be aged 18 or over.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, helpful service on the shop floor and tills.
• Keep shelves stocked, check prices and stock accuracy.
• Support store operations and contribute to a great shopping experience.
• Assist across departments depending on store needs (post office, bakery, online orders).
• Promote Co‑op Membership and engage with local communities.
