Job summary

Co-op Group is hiring Customer Team Members to join our store in the local community. You’ll work in a fast-moving environment supporting essential services, with duties on the shop floor, tills, and order-picking for online services where applicable.

You’ll be part of a friendly team, with full training provided and opportunities to engage with members and local partners. This role includes a variety of shifts and a pathway to career development within Co-op.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a busy store.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including early mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and helpful service on the shop floor and tills.
• Keep shelves stocked, check prices and dates, and assist with stock accuracy.
• Support daily operations to ensure a smooth store experience for customers.
• Promote Co-op Membership and community involvement.
