Job summary

Co-op Group is hiring Customer Team Members in Aberlour. You’ll deliver friendly, helpful service on a part-time basis, supporting daily operations and helping customers with a range of in-store tasks. Training is provided to get you started on tills, stock, and member promotions.

The role involves early shifts, weekend work, and flexible availability. It’s a permanent part-time position with paid training and opportunities to contribute to local community initiatives.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer service.
• Ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts and as part of a team.
• Interest in retail and working in a busy store environment; experience not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day store operations with friendly, helpful service.
• Work with the team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Handle tills and shop floor tasks to create a great shopping experience.
• Maintain shelves, check prices and stock accuracy.
