Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver in the United Kingdom. You will meet customers at their homes, provide warm, reliable service, and manage deliveries with care and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to stay calm and friendly under pressure
• Hold a valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points

Responsibilities

• Keep van and work area clean and organized for every delivery
• Load the van safely and perform checks to ensure roadworthiness
• Discuss order changes or substitutions with customers and arrange refunds if needed
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and customer trust
• Deliver within the customer time slot and provide warm, friendly service at the doorstep
