Qualifications

• Valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (full or automatic) for at least 12 months.
• Flexible and reliable with the ability to work across early shifts.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload the van safely and complete checks to ensure roadworthiness.
• Deliver orders within the customer’s time slot and provide friendly service.
• Talk customers through order changes and substitutions, offering refunds when needed.
• Keep the van, trays and work area clean and organised for quality delivery.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues to maintain team spirit.
