Job summary

Tesco is looking for Customer Delivery Drivers across the UK. You’ll meet customers in their homes and provide friendly, reliable service while delivering groceries and ensuring orders arrive in perfect condition.

Shifts are varied and customers expect a warm, helpful approach. You’ll drive safely, load the vehicle, and communicate clearly about substitutions or delays. A UK driving licence is required and guaranteed hours align with business needs.

Qualifications

• Valid UK/EU driving licence with 12+ months of experience and up to 3 penalty points.
• Ability to deliver great service with a smile and maintain customer trust.

Responsibilities

• Keep van, trays and work area clean and organised for orders.
• Load van safely and perform checks so it is roadworthy.
• Explain order changes to customers and handle refunds when needed.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and customer trust.
• Deliver within time slots with warm, doorstep service.
