Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking Customer Delivery Drivers to deliver groceries to customers’ homes across our catchment areas. You’ll be the face of Tesco, delivering great service with a smile and ensuring orders arrive in perfect condition.

Roles offer minimum weekly hours with some locations reaching 16 hours and beyond. You’ll need a valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence and be ready to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused delivery and service.
• Hold a UK/EU/EEA driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.
• Availability for minimum 16 hours per week (roles from 12 hours also available).

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries to customers in their homes in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Load the van safely and keep it organized and roadworthy.
• Explain order changes or substitutions and process refunds when needed to keep the experience smooth.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and trust.
• Provide warm, natural service at the doorstep and ensure customer satisfaction.
