You will work independently most of the day, with a supportive team back at base. A valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence is required, and shifts start at £14.18 per hour, rising to £15.45 in M25 stores, with a guaranteed minimum weekly hours.

• Excellent customer service and communication on doorstep deliveries.
• Ability to manage time and deliver within time slots.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries to customers within their chosen time slot.
• Load and unload the van safely and keep it tidy.
• Check orders and handle substitutions/refunds to ensure a smooth experience.
• Maintain van and work area clean and roadworthy.
• Provide friendly, warm service at the doorstep.
