Job summary

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence for at least 12 months, with no more than 3 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders within the customer’s time slot with warm, natural service at the doorstep.
• Load the van safely and keep it roadworthy and organised.
• Discuss order changes, substitutions, or short-dated items clearly with customers.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and customer trust.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues to deliver great team service.
