Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver to join the team and serve customers in their homes. You will operate on a road-based role with a focus on friendly service and reliability.

Shifts run in the evenings and come with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week. You will drive, load, deliver and support customers, keeping gear and van tidy and safe while working with a friendly store team.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.
• Be friendly, professional and focused on customer service.
• Able to work flexible, often evening shifts from 18:00 to 23:00.

Responsibilities

• Keep your van, trays and work area clean, tidy and organised to deliver in perfect condition.
• Load the van safely and perform checks to ensure roadworthiness.
• Explain order changes to customers and handle refunds to keep the experience smooth.
• Carefully handle products and treat each order as your own.
• Deliver within the customer time slot with warm, natural service at the doorstep.
