Job summary

Tesco UK is hiring Customer Delivery Drivers to join our network across the UK. You will be responsible for delivering groceries to customers’ homes, within set time slots, and ensuring high levels of service with a friendly, professional approach.

We offer guaranteed hours, flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work 12–16+ hours per week, with competitive hourly pay and performance-based increases. A valid UK/EU driving licence is required, with no more than 3 penalty points.

Qualifications

• A UK/EU/EEA Driving licence (Full or Automatic only) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.
• Able to adhere to the GB Domestic Driving Rules.

Responsibilities

• Loading the van as required, checking the van for roadworthiness.
• Delivering during the customer’s time slot and communicating any changes or substitutions.
• Talking to the customer about order changes and offering refunds for unhappy items.
• Leaving the customer’s property clean and ensuring back yard and trays are tidy.
