Morrisons in Leeds is looking for a proactive Fresh Food Manager who puts customers at the heart of every decision. You will lead a team across fresh counter areas, ensuring stocked counters, great service, and compliance with food safety standards.

• Leads and steps up with confidence: Confidently steps in as Manager in Charge, running shifts smoothly, handling daily priorities with ease, and keeping our essential food safety standards spot-on.

Our Fresh Food Managers take real pride in what goes on our shelves. With a genuine passion for produce and a keen eye for detail, you'll put our customers at the heart of everything you do, making sure our stores are stocked with proper good food every day.

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you’ll bring a proactive attitude to lead your team, keep availability high, and deliver outstanding service to our local community.
