Morrisons Market Street stores are looking for a hands-on manager who can drive service excellence and stock levels. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll lead craft teams, inspire the team, and ensure our counters shine and shoppers receive the best possible experience.

You’ll own shift scheduling, training, and performance conversations, building a supportive culture and strong cross-team relationships, while planning resources, budgets, and day-to-day operations to keep everything running

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to plan shifts, manage budgets, and develop staff.
• Knowledge of food safety standards is a plus.

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you’ll lead our Market Street craft teams with pride. You'll bring a "sleeves rolled up" attitude to make sure our counters are fully stocked, our foodmaker credentials shine, and our shoppers get the very best service.
