Morrisons is seeking an experienced Store Manager in Leeds to lead a large, fast-paced team and deliver exceptional customer service. You will drive store performance, coach managers on the shop floor, and ensure standards across food retail are maintained.

This role involves close collaboration with regional leadership and local community partners. We value strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and a passion for delivering a great in-store experience for customers.

Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you’ll take full ownership of your store - leading a wider team of up to 350 colleagues, driving business performance, making sure our core supermarket offering is strong and competitive.They play a crucial role in our business and we're always on the lookout for great Store Managers across the UK to join us and embody these values.

In this role, you’ll be on hand to:
