Job summary

Morrisons in Seaford is seeking a proactive Team Leader to head our Fruit & Veg counters, ensuring fresh produce, vibrant displays and well-stocked shelves for local shoppers every day. You'll inspire your team, coach colleagues to deliver great service, manage stock and safety standards, and coordinate daily workflows to keep the department running smoothly in a busy store environment.

• Leads and steps up with confidence: Has strong operational and technical knowledge of Fruit & Veg, with experience in coaching colleagues to build confidence and high performance.

• Organises and delivers with care: Experienced in planning workloads to meet strict daily deadlines, keeping routines on track even when the store gets busy.
• Keeps a firm grip on the basics: Takes a practical approach to stock management, keeping a close eye on quality, rotation, and waste reduction.

Our Fruit & Veg counters are a huge part of what makes our stores special. As Team Leader, you’ll lead our Fruit & Veg team to keep our produce fresh, our displays vibrant, and our shelves well-stocked for our local shoppers every day.

In this role, you’ll be on hand to:
