Zusammenfassung

Morrisons is seeking a Trading Manager in Glasgow to lead store-wide trading routines, ensuring top product availability and smooth promotions. You’ll manage shift rotas, train colleagues, and drive performance across departments to meet operational and sales targets.

You’ll report to the Store Manager and contribute to a safe, compliant shop floor while fostering teamwork and delivering exceptional customer service every day.

Making sure our shelves are fully stocked is key to a fantastic shopping experience, which is why our Trading Managers are so vital to our success.

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you’ll bring a hands-on approach to managing store-wide trading routines. You'll lead your team to deliver market-leading product availability, run smooth promotional events, and ensure every aisle is safe, legal, and ready for trade.

In this role, you’ll be on hand to:
