Job summary

Darktrace seeks a Technical Success Manager to blend technical depth with customer advocacy and commercial awareness. You will partner with security, IT, and stakeholders to embed the platform into daily security operations, reduce risk, and drive measurable value.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, Solutions Engineering, and Support to surface health insights, adoption progress, and renewal readiness, while guiding customers toward renewal and expansion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a technical, customer-facing role.
• Experience in enterprise cybersecurity, networking, cloud, SaaS, or infrastructure environments.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for customers and internal teams.
• Confident engaging with security engineers, SOC analysts, system administrators, and executives.
• Knowledge of renewal governance, health scoring, and renewal readiness is advantageous.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customer security and IT teams, understanding priorities and success outcomes.
• Create technical success plans that drive adoption, reduce risk, and realise measurable value.
• Identify high-value use cases to embed the platform in daily security operations.
• Use health indicators to spot adoption gaps, underutilisation, and renewal risks early.
• Guide customers from deployment to active use, accelerating Time-to-Value.
• Lead mitigation planning for blockers, integration challenges, and operational gaps.
• Provide technical health insights for renewal readiness, QBRs, and growth discussions.
• Highlight opportunities that support expansion in partnership with Account Executive.
