Job summary

Future Prospects Group Ltd is seeking a French Speaking Technical Support Agent in Newark on a full-time, permanent basis. The role offers hybrid/remote working after probation and a salary of £27,200 for 40 hours per week.

You will log incidents in CRM, provide solutions to technical faults, and support customers in French and English while delivering excellent service. Call centre or tech support experience is advantageous, with training provided.
