Synthesia, the leading AI video platform, is hiring Solutions Engineers to shape the pre-sales function for France and Southern EMEA. You will work with Account Executives, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to run discovery, deliver demos, scope POCs, and design technical solutions for each deal.

As a founding SE, you will help build playbooks, tooling, and best practices while scaling across Europe. The role is hybrid and requires travel for customer discovery and on-site demos.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical experience in a SaaS environment

Aufgaben

• Co-plan and support discovery calls with AE to understand customer requirements and challenges.
• Design and deliver repeatable demos, scope POCs, and articulate technical solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of Synthesia platform capabilities and roadmap across products.
• Provide guidance on API integrations, security, and compliance for global deployments.
