Culture Amp is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business and expansion for the France region from our UK office. You will engage People Leaders with tailored demos, build a strong pipeline, and present compelling ROI cases to executives.

You will coordinate with legal, security, and procurement teams to close deals, while also expanding existing accounts through strategic reviews and multi-threaded stakeholder management.

Competenze

• 5-7+ years of sales experience with new and expansion targets.
• Experience in SaaS, HR tech or related fields.
• Strong executive presence and capability to engage VP/C-suite executives.

Mansioni

• Identify and engage potential customers via outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn and events.
• Run tailored product demonstrations for leaders, highlighting differentiators.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from discovery to close.
• Create business cases and ROI calculations for prospects.
