Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform and is hiring Solutions Engineers to build its pre-sales function in France and Southern EMEA. This is a founding role: you’ll shape the playbook, tooling and best practices as we scale, not following an established model.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical experience in SaaS.
• Delivers standard demos aligned to discovery points with the AE.
• Applies solution designs and best practices to use cases.
• Identifies deal risk and next steps; escalates to AE.
• Knowledge of MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.
• Resourceful; builds internal networks across GTM.
• Comfortable with core technical areas (APIs, integrations, security).
• Self-motivated, organized, manages multiple POCs and demos.
• Willing to travel for discovery and on-site demos.
• Strong English and French communication.

Responsibilities

• Co-plan and support discovery calls with AE to understand requirements.
• Design and execute repeatable demo methodologies showing value.
• Maintain knowledge of platform capabilities across product lines.
• Deliver demonstrations addressing customer problems and value.
• Address technical objections and integration questions with the team.
• Assess technical fit and opportunity risk to shape strategy.
• Keep deal team informed on status, timeline and dependencies.
• Build relationships with technical champions within customer orgs.
• Provide guidance on API, SDK integrations, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Enablement to stay current with releases and demos.
