Smartsheet is seeking a French-speaking Senior Enterprise Solutions Engineer in London, hybrid eligible. You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to provide technical leadership through the sales cycle, delivering value-based demonstrations and acting as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients during evaluations.

Formación

• Fluency in French and English is required.
• 3-5+ years of experience in a pre-sales role or related field in the SaaS and enterprise B2B software industry.
• Critical thinking and growth mindset with ability to analyze complex problems.
• Strong technical skills and comfort in ambiguous, high-pressure situations.
• Experience taking a consultative approach to problem solving and positioning solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; adapt style to various audiences.
• Demonstrated cross-functional ownership in customer journeys.
• Legally eligible to work in the UK on an ongoing basis.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, build, and demonstrate innovative solutions for Smartsheet customers.
• Lead technical sales engagements; summarize challenges and design solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to demonstrate value of Smartsheet offerings.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Smartsheet products, services, and competitors.
• Collaborate with SE and Product teams to relay customer feedback on roadmaps.
• Mentor and coach team members; participate in onboarding.
