Job summary

French Selection UK (FS) is seeking a French-speaking Sales Support Administrator in Witney. The role supports international sales operations, manages orders, quotations, and communications with customers and suppliers. The salary is up to £30,000 per annum.

You will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth operations, maintain stock levels, and assist with shipments and deliveries for the French operation.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in administration, sales support or customer service.
• Able to multitask and manage a variety of responsibilities throughout the day.
• Calm under pressure with practical problem solving.
• Confident communicating with customers by phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and prepare quotations.
• Build relationships with customers and suppliers via regular communication.
• Track orders and deliveries; resolve issues.
• Handle returns and replacements for faulty products.
• Assist with arranging shipments and update customers on delivery progress.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment for the French operation.
• Support general sales administration and communication between international offices.
