FRENCH SELECTION (FS) in Andover is seeking a French-speaking Export Sales Support to drive customer service, order processing and export logistics. You will liaise with customers and dealers by phone and email, supporting quotes and orders while coordinating shipping documents for international orders.

Fluency in French is essential; additional European languages are a plus. The role requires strong MS Office and CRM/ERP skills, and a proactive, independent approach to managing multiple

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (written and spoken) is essential
• Experience in export sales support or account management is preferred
• Background in export logistics, shipping documents and international orders would be beneficial
• Able to communicate confidently with customers and dealers over the phone
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems

Responsabilités

• Manage internal accounts and become a key point of contact
• Support the sales process from quotation through to orders
• Be responsible for logistics, shipping documentation and international orders
• Play a role in the growth of the export business by working with the export sales team
• Liaise with US operations to coordinate internal part orders and customer requirements
• Manage customer and sales information using CRM/ERP systems
• Provide support to the international team as needed

Salary: Up to 35,000 per annum depending on experience plus benefits

The company: A well- established British manufacturer with a growing international presence and an expanding network of customers and dealers

Main duties: You will play an important role by providing export sales support and account management liaising with customers and internal stakeholders

The role:

• Respond to enquiries from customers and dealers by phone and email providing outstanding service
• Manage internal accounts and become a key point of contact
• Support the sales process from quotation through to orders
• Be responsible for logistics, shipping documentation and international orders
• Play an important role in the continued growth of the expanding export business working closely the wider export sales team
• Liaise with the US operations to coordinate internal part orders and customer requirements
• Manage customer and sales information efficiently using CRM/ERP systems
• Provide support to the international team as needed

The candidate:

• Fluent French (written and spoken) is essential
• Fluent in German or any European languages would be beneficial but not required
• Previous experience in export sales support, internal sales admin, customer service or account management
• A background in export logistics, shipping documentation and international orders would be beneficial
• Able to communicate confidently with customers and dealers over the phone in a professional and friendly manner
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Self-motivated individual who takes initiative, ownership and is confident working independently

The salary: up to 35,000 per annum depending on experience plus benefits
