You will work closely with multiple departments, ensuring smooth operations across the French arm and timely deliveries. A strong background in administration or customer service, and fluency in French and English, are essential.

• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in administration, sales support or customer service.
• Able to multitask and manage a variety of responsibilities throughout the day.
• Calm under pressure, with the ability to think on your feet and find practical solutions.
• Confident communicating with customers by phone and email.
• A proactive team player who is comfortable working with different departments to get things done.

Responsabilités

• Process customer orders and prepare quotations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Build positive relationships with customers and suppliers through regular communication.
• Keep track of orders and deliveries, helping to resolve any issues along the way.
• Handle returns and replacements when products arrive faulty.
• Assist with arranging shipments and keeping customers updated on delivery progress.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment for the French operation.
