Qualifications

• Previous experience delivering elevated services, client relations or a client-facing environment.
• Fluency in English and French is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class luxury service across phone, email, live chat, social channels and other approved digital channels.
• Create a warm, polished and highly personalised experience using client history to tailor recommendations.
• Provide a concierge-style service by anticipating needs and coordinating across the business.
• Demonstrate empathy, discretion and sound judgement for high-value clients.
• Represent Burberry as a trusted brand ambassador with the brand’s values in every interaction.
• Build, develop and manage a portfolio of clients with regular contact to support retention.
• Take full ownership of client cases from first contact through to resolution with clear updates.
