• Build, develop and manage a portfolio of clients to support retention and loyalty.
• Take ownership of client cases from first contact to resolution with clear updates.
• Assist with aftercare, manage escalations and coordinate with internal teams.
• Provide styling guidance and product knowledge to drive tailored recommendations.
