• Proactive, personalised client outreach and tailored recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver luxury service across phone, email, live chat and other channels.
• Use client history to tailor recommendations and solutions.
• Provide concierge-style support coordinating across the business.
• Handle escalations with empathy and appropriate urgency.
• Represent Burberry brand and values in every interaction.
• Build and manage a portfolio of clients to support retention and loyalty.
• Own client cases from first contact through to resolution.
• Collaborate with colleagues and share feedback to improve service.
