• Fluency in English and German required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver luxury service across phone, email, live chat, and social channels.
• Tailor recommendations using client history and preferences.
• Provide concierge-style service coordinating across the business.
• Show empathy, discretion, and sound judgement for high-value clients.
• Represent Burberry with brand values in every interaction.
• Build and manage a portfolio of clients to support retention and loyalty.
• Own cases from first contact to resolution with timely updates.
