Job summary

Monotype seeks an experienced Account Manager to renew and grow existing enterprise accounts across designated territories in the UK. You will consult with clients, learn Monotype's type and technology offerings, and drive renewal deals to meet quotas.

You will develop account plans, collaborate with marketing, finance, sales, and product teams, and articulate value through ROI analysis and business cases.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience in software, technology, publishing, media or design markets preferred.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Consult with existing enterprise customers across assigned territories to understand needs and deliver Monotype’s value proposition.
• Learn Monotype product offerings to become a subject matter expert for key brand clients.
• Negotiate and close renewal deals to meet personal sales quotas and goals.
• Create detailed account plans for each customer, detailing renewal and upsell opportunities.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional solutions to renewal accounts and key brands.
