Monotype, a leading provider of type and imaging solutions, seeks a Director for Global Key Accounts Team in EMEA. You will lead UK-based key account directors, develop account plans, and drive revenue growth across major clients while mentoring the team to exceed quotas and deliver strategic value.

You will guide strategy, share market insights, and ensure accurate forecasting and executive-level engagement, fostering long-term partnerships with enterprise clients in a fast-growing environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of management experience leading sales teams.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Expertise in strategic account planning and client relationship management.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales within the EMEA region.

Responsabilidades

• Direct day-to-day activity of Global Key Account Directors in EMEA (UK).
• Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue targets and growth.
• Coach, mentor and train team to meet quota targets and performance standards.
• Lead Global Key Account Plans to drive revenue and market share.
• Provide strategic guidance and insights to clients to align with business objectives.
• Maintain weekly revenue reporting and detailed sales forecasting across the team.
