Job summary

Deliveroo is seeking a French-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Manchester City Centre. You will join the SMB team to promote and sell B2B products to generate new business for the Deliveroo platform in the French market.

Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid). Salary: £27,700 base, plus monthly commission. Initial probation is 5 days per week in-office, then move to a hybrid model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English is essential.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Comfort with making cold calls and engaging with prospects.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for French restaurant partners, acting as a consultant.
• Inbound & Outbound Lead Management: handle inquiries from French-speaking leads and proactively acquire new business via phone and email.
• Consultative selling: advise owners on Deliveroo technology to scale revenue.
• Pipeline ownership: manage leads, stay organized, and plan daily actions to meet targets.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with Activation Teams to ensure smooth onboarding, from contracts to tablet setups and photoshoots.
• Administrative precision: handle contracts and documentation with high attention to detail.
