Job summary

Trellix in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Success Manager fluent in French to drive loyalty and adoption across strategic accounts. You will report to the Director of Customer Success and collaborate with Sales, R&D and CS Engineering to ensure a successful customer journey.

You will develop customer success plans, oversee onboarding, promote best practices, and identify expansion and renewal opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in customer engagement and account management in SaaS/cybersecurity
• Fluent in French and able to engage with executive stakeholders
• Proven ability to drive adoption, renewal, and expansion across large accounts
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Develop customer success plans and onboarding processes
• Promote best practices and drive product adoption across Trellix solutions
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D and CS Engineering to align on account strategies
• Identify renewal, expansion and risk mitigation opportunities
• Advocate for customers to ensure value realization and satisfaction
• Build trusted advisor relationships with executives and security leaders
