Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Customer Success/Account Management or Sales roles.
• Fluency in French AND Spanish or Portuguese.

• Act as trusted advisor and commercial owner for accounts, articulating ROI.
• Collaborate with Sales to maintain forecasts and drive renewals and upsells.
