Responsibilities
French Speaking Customer Success Coordinator
Location: Wrexham
Salary: up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience
Ref: 4253FC
Main duties:
As part of the Customer Services Team, you will work closely with both the Commercial and Supply Chain teams managing a portfolio of customers, ensuring their orders are accurate and processed smoothly
The role:
– Respond to customer enquiries efficiently and escalate issues when needed
– Act as the liaison between the customer and the plant
– Oversee customer orders and ensure invoices are paid correctly and on time.
– Ensure accurate pricing by coordinating with the relevant team
– Assist with credit, debit and rebate management related to complaints
– Monitor outstanding payments
– Manage customer orders ensuring accurate entry into the ERP system
– Manage customer portals and respond promptly ensuring customer satisfaction
– Work closely with internal departments
Candidate's Profile
– Fluent in French essential (written and spoken)
– Fluency in any additional EU language a bonus
– Customer service, account management or export sales experience needed
– Experience working within a manufacturing environment desired
– Excellent communication skills with the ability to solve customer problems
– Team player with strong negotiation skills
– Organised, detailed and task orientated
