Office Angels is recruiting a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor for an engineering client based in Ashford, Kent. This role involves assisting customers via phone, email and chat, processing orders and maintaining strong relationships to ensure a memorable service experience.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual in French and English is essential.
• Previous customer service office experience.
• Experience processing customer orders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers and suppliers in France.
• Process customer orders for engineering parts.
• Respond to queries by telephone and email.
• Build relationships with customers.
• Update customers about deliveries.
• Handle occasional complaints.
