Job summary

French Selection (FS) is seeking a French-speaking Client Relationship Executive to helm key accounts from our Poole office. You will manage a portfolio of French customers, respond to queries via email and phone, and identify new sales opportunities to drive growth.

The role requires fluent French and English, strong communication and CRM skills, and the ability to work closely with marketing, customer service and technical support to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in sales or account management, ideally B2B or call centre.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first approach.
• Excellent organisation, analytical and IT skills including CRM experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with French customers through effective telephone and email communication, supporting business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
